At Seven Oaks, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for all items in our regular collections. To ensure a smooth return, items must be in unworn condition and returned within 14 days of receipt, along with all accompanying paperwork (including the GIA certificate, if applicable). After 14 days, all sales are final.

At Seven Oaks, each design is meticulously handcrafted, and we want you to love your piece. Please note that returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which helps cover the labor involved in resizing and polishing the returned item. If a piece requires additional cleaning or repair—such as damage that prevents it from being resold—a higher restocking fee may apply based on the extent of the necessary work.
