Warranty

Every purchase made at Seven Oaks Jewelers comes with our 90-Day Limited Warranty, reflecting our commitment to quality craftsmanship. Our warranty includes:

  • Repairs within the first 90 days from delivery, including bent prongs, missing accent stones, and other similar issues.
  • Correction of any manufacturing defects.
  • Professional cleaning and inspection.

Our 60-Day Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools/hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Wear and tear or maintenance.
  • Damage due to trauma, such as bent heads, missing center stones, or restoration work on settings or prongs.
  • Theft or loss of center stones, gemstones, or the piece itself.
  • Damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain necessary repairs to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.

Please keep in mind that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, as gold is a soft, precious metal, and hands are actively used in daily life. Over time, prongs and settings may naturally wear down and may require restoration as part of regular maintenance.

Repairs or services performed by a jeweler other than Seven Oaks Jewelers will void the 90-Day Limited Warranty.
