Returns

Seven Oaks gladly accepts returns and exchanges for every piece in our collection. Items must be returned unworn and in the condition in which they were purchased, within 7 days of the original purchase. In the case of a certified diamond purchase, the corresponding diamond certificate must accompany the returned diamond. After 7 days, all sales are final. For previously designed jewelry, a 10% restocking fee applies to returns.

Custom-designed rings are a special order and therefore are not returnable. 

Shipping costs for returns or services are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For international customers, if the mail carrier returns your package due to your unavailability upon delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the ring. However, you will still incur charges for associated shipping, importation, resizing, and restocking fees.
